MAILTIME! Derek Chafer

Lately, I have had the desire to get signatures from some of the original Stormtroopers. One of the first guys that I sent to was Derek Chafer. Mr. Chafer is a British actor who appeared as a Stormtrooper in both the original Star Wars and The Empire Strikes Back. He has quite a bit of acting experience in British television and movies including Doctor Who.

As you will see, the pen he used a bit soft causing some light signatures and one that smeared. I, however, am very happy to add him to the collection! You'll also notice that one of the ESB cards was already signed by Alan Harris.

It took about 17 days to get a response back which is pretty quick considering it was a round trip across the pond.
